Direction: To BRPC range. Take Highway 95 into Boulder City. Go south on Buchanan Street. Turn left on Adams Street and go to Utah Street. Turn right on Utah Street and drive until you see a dirt road on the right hand side of the road just before the land fill. Turn right onto the dirt road and follow the signs to the range.
Rules: NRA High Power rules will govern
Rifle: NRA Any Rifle, Match Rifle, Service Rifle, Palma Rifle, or F-Class.
Empty Chamber Indicator: ECIs are required and must be used at all times except during preparation time and firing. ECIs will be available for purchase for $1.00.
Open to: NRA Members.
Advance Entries are Required: All individual entries must be paid in advance.
Entries: Individual: Entries in individual events will be made using the enclosed SR-1 registration card accompanied by check or money order. Circle the number of each event in with you wish to fire. Be sure to indicate your correct NRA classification and NRA member number. If you are a F-Class competitor, be sure to check the “F-Class Prone” box on the back of the SR-1 entry card. Post Entries: Accepted to Range Capacity. A $15.00 late entry fee will be charged
Refunds: Competitors that have sent in their entry fees must call 702- 293-1885 no later than 2 November 2008 to receive a refund.
Entry Limits: 45 competitors.

Commence firing: 08:00 all days.
Classification: NRA long range classification will be used. All unclassified will compete as Masters. If less than 5 competitors, classes will be combined. HM will not combine & will compete for match winner only.
Awards: Will be cash with all rifle categories (any, match, palma and service) combined. Separate cash awards for F-Class. Trophy (plaque) will be awarded to the overall match (#12) winner. Additional trophy (plaque) will be awarded for 1st F-Class rifle based on match #12.
Match Schedule:
Match 1 800 yards. Unlimited sighter shots and 15 rounds for record from the prone position within 22 minute time limit.
Match 2 900 yards. 2 sighter shots and 15 rounds for record from the prone position within 22 minute time limit.
Match 3 1000 yards. 2 sighter shots and 15 rounds for record from the prone position within 22 minute time limit.
Beginning 08:00, Saturday 7 November The Southern Nevada Palma Championship, day 1;
Match 4 800 yards. Unlimited sighter shots and 15 rounds for record from the proneposition within 22 minute time limit.
Match 5 900 yards. 2 sighter shots and 15 rounds for record from the prone positionwithin 22 minute time limit.
Match 6 1000 yards. 2 sighter shots and 15 rounds for record from the prone position within 22 minute time limit.
Match 7 Aggregate of matches 4, 5, 6.

Targets: NRA LR and NRA LR-F Class.
Parking: Behind the line.
Target Pulling: Will be done by competitors.
Scoring: Will be done by competitors. Any competitor failing to perform his scoring duties may be disqualified.
Challenge fee: All challenges will be $2.00.
Squading: All matches will be squadded with squadding/score cards available from the stat office starting approximately 07:00 the day of the match. A competitor who fails to obtain his squadding/score card by 07:40 will only be squadded to fill vacancies on the line at the discretion of the match director.

Facilities available: Porta potties are behind the 1000 yard line and in the pit. No Water. Overnight camping is permitted at the Boulder Range.
